ESTE AGENTE TIENE TENDENCIA A GENERAR OXIDO DE ALUMINIO DURANTE SU UTILIZACION, PRESENTA UNA FLUIDEZ DE 10,2 A 40,4 CM. UN MARGEN DE FUSION NO SUPERIOR A 1.200GC Y UN VALOR DE ADK DE ARRANQUE NO MAYOR DE 500 SEGUNDOS. ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO ESTA REALIZADO EN DOS FASES: EN LA PRIMERA SE FORMA LA FRACCION VITRIFICADA, Y EN LA SEGUNDA, SE FRITA EL VIDRIO FUNDIDO PROCEDENTE DE LA PRIMERA FASE. POSTERIORMENTE, SE AGLOMERAN POR SINTERIZACION VARIOS FRITOS, Y FINALMENTE SE COMBINA LA FRACCION VITRIFICADA CON EL RESTO DE LOS COMPONENTES NO VITRIFICADOS, OPCIONALMENTE EN FORMA DE POLVO DE COQUILLA.
