SE CULTIVA A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 25GC A 37GC Y AUN PH COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 6 Y 9 UN MICROORGANISMO DE LA ESPECIE <<MICROMONOSPORA POLISOPORA>> CAPAZ DE PRODUCIR DICHO ANTIBIOTICO EN UN MEDIO NUTRITIVO CON FUENTES DE CARBONO Y DE NITROGENO ASIMILABLES Y, OPCIONALMENTE, SALES INORGANICAS U OTROS INGREDIENTES ESTIMULANTES DE LA PRODUCCION DEL ANTIBIOTICO.
