DEBIDO A QUE LA TEMPERATURA DE TRABAJO ES DE 350G, EL RECUBRIMIENTO DE ESMALTE MANTIENE UNA TENSION RESIDUAL A ESA TEMPERATURA DEL 20 POR 100, APROXIMADAMENTE, DE SU TENSION A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE. POR ELLO, NO SE FORMAN GRIETAS EN DICHA CAPA, CON LO QUE LOS TUBOS ESTAN PROTEGIDOS. A TRAVES DE LOS TUBOS (2) CIRCULA EN CONTRACORRIENTE EL LIQUIDO CALEFACTOR. EL DEPOSITO SEPARADOR (8) DE VAPOR RECLICLA EL ACIDO MEDIANTE LA BOMBA (10), HASTA ALCANZAR EL 98,3 POR 100 DE CONCENTRACION. EXISTEN VARIANTES CONSTRUCTIVAS.
