PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE SUSTANCIAS ELECTRICAMENTE CONDUCTORAS CONFORMADAS POR SINTERIZACION. CONSTA DE ALGUNA DE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: 1. SINTERIZADO DEL POLVO PRENSADO O SEDIMENTADO EN UN MOLDE A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 1.150-1.250GC EN ATMOSFERA INERTE Y EN PRESENCIA DE OXIDO DE BORO. AL SILICIO EN POLVO SE AÑADE OXIDO DE BORO DISUELTO EN AGUA, DESPUES DE LO CUAL SE SECA EL POLVO. 2. EL PRODUCTO OBTENIDO SE CALIENTA DURANTE 0,5-2 HORAS A 1.150-1.250GC Y SE CALIENTA DURANTE UN MAXIMO DE 24 HORAS A 200-300GC MENOS QUE LA TEMPERATURA DE SINTERIZADO. SE UTILIZA UN 0,1-11 POR 100 EN PESO DE OXIDO DE BORO EN BASE DEL SILICIO EN POLVO.
