PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE LA 5-11-DIHIDRO-11-(METIL-PIPERACIN-1-IL)-ACETIL)-6H-PIRIDO(2,3-B) (1,4)BENZODIAZEPIN-6-ONA, DE FORMULA ESTRUCTURAL (I), Y DE SUS SALES DE ADICION FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEPTABLES. COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: 1. MEDIANTE UNA REACCION DE AMINOLISIS ENTRE EL COMPUESTO 2-CLORO-3-AMINOPIRIDINA Y EL ANHIDRIDO ISATOICO, LLEVADA A EFECTO CON DISOLVENTES TALES COMO EL TOLUENO Y EL DIOXANO A TEMPERATURA DE EBULLICION, SE OBRIENE EL PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO 2-CLORO-3-(2''-AMINOBENZOIL)-AMINOPIRIDINA, DE FORMULA ESTRUCTURAL (II); 2. DICHO PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO SE SOMETE A UNA CICLACION INTRAMOLECULAR, MEDIANTE UNA REACCION DE AMINOLISIS CON DESPRENDIMIENTO DE CLORURO DE HIDROGENO; 3. EL COMPUESTO OBTENIDO EN LA SEGUNDA ETAPA SE SOMETE A ACETILACION CON EL CLORURO DE ACIDO CLOROACETICO.
