SE PRODUCE UNA SUSPENSION DE TORULA O CANDIDA UTILIS MEDIANTE EL DESARROLLO DE UNA CEPA DE ESE MICROORGANISMO, EN VINAZAS PROVENIENTES DE LA FERMENTACION ALCOHOLICA, EN COMBINACION DE SALES DE AMONIO Y DE FOSFORO, EN UN PROPAGADOR PROVISTO DE UNA ALTA EFICIENCIA DE AERACION. EL CALDO FERMENTADO SE CENTRIFUGA PARA PRODUCIR LA SUPENSION DE TOULA UTILIS CON UNA CONCENTRACION DE MATERIA SECA QUE ESTA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE EL 12 Y EL 15 POR 100. ESTA SUSPENSION SE MEZCLA CON CACHAZA FRESCA Y SE SOMETE A FERMENTACION ANAEROBIA CON O SIN AGITACION MECANICA Y DURANTE UN PERIODO DE CUATRO A SEIS DIAS. ES APTO PARA LA ALIMENTACION DE ANIMALES Y PARTICULARMENTE DEL GANADO VACUNO.
