PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE DERIVADOS DE 7-AMINO-4-TRIFLUORMETILCUMARINA, DE FORMULA (I), SIENDO R UN AMINOACIDO INDIVIDUAL, UN PEPTIDO O UN DERIVADO DE LOS MISMOS. SE HACE REACCIONAR LA 7-AMINO-4-TRIFLUORMETILCUMARINA DE FORMULA (II) CON UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (III), O CON UN DERIVADO REACTIVO DEL MISMO, SIENDO P UN RESTO PEPTIDO, PROTEGIDO O NO, O UN GRUPO PROTECTOR. SE ELIMINAN LOS GRUPOS PROTECTORES, Y CASO DE SER P UN GRUPO PROTECTOR, SE HACE REACCIONAR EL PRODUCTO CON UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (IV), EN QUE P'' ES UN RESTO AMINOACIDO O PEPTIDO O DERIVADO DE AMBOS. SE PURIFICA LA MEZCLA POR CROMATOGRAFIA SOBRE GEL DE SILICE. SE USAN EN ANALISIS COLORIMETRICOS Y FLUOROMETRICOS PARA DETERMINAR LA PRESENCIA DE UNA ENZIMA PROTEOLITICA EN UN HUMOR BIOLOGICO.
