Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR POLIMEROS Y COPOLIMEROS DE CLORURO DE VINILO. SE POLIMERIZA EN SUSPENSION O EN MASA EL MONOMERO, EN PRESENCIA DE UN SISTEMA DE CTALIZADOR REDOX, QUE CONSISTE EN UN PEROXIESTER, QUE PUEDE SER DE ALQUILO DE ACIDO CARBOXILICO ALIFATICO, ACIDO CARBOXILICO AROMATICO O ACIDO CARBONICO, Y UN AGENTE DE REDUCCION SELECCIONADO ENTRE UN MONOSACARIDO, COMO ALDOSAS Y CETOSAS, Y UN ESTER DE ACIDO CARBOXILICO DE UN MONOSACARIDO, COMO PUEDE SER UN ESTER DE UN ACIDO ALIFATICO O DE ACIDO ACETICO. TAMBIEN PUEDE ESTAR PRESENTE EN EL SISTEMA DE CATALIZADOR REDOX UN CARBOXILATO ESTANNOSO O DE ANTIMONIO (III). LA POLIMERIZACION SE LLEVA A CABO A UNA TEMPERATURA EN DONDE EL PEROXIDO TIENE UNA VIDA MEDIA DE MAS DE CINCUENTA HORAS EN AUSENCIA DE UN AGENTE DE REDUCCION. ESTA TEMPERATURA OSCILA ENTRE -50Y +70C.
