SE HACE REACCIONAR, BAJO REFRIGERACION, UN GLICIDIL ETER DE FORMULA (II), CON UNA AMINA PRIMARIA DE FORMULA (III), EN UN DISOLVENTE ALCOHOLICO. SE AGITA DURANTE VARIAS HORAS A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE. SE EXTRAE LA MEZCLA CON ETER, SE LAVA CON UNA DISOLUCION DE BICARBONATO Y, POSTERIORMENTE, CON AGUA. SE SECA SOBRE SULFATO DE SODIO, SE FILTRA Y SE EVAPORA EL DISOLVENTE.
