CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE LA PIPERAZINA CON UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II), SEGUIDA DE LA REACCION CON UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (III)), EN LAS QUE R1, R2 Y R3, TIENEN EL MISMO SIGNIFICADO QUE EN LA FORMULA (I); X ES HALOGENO O UN GRUPO MERCAPTO, T HAL ES HALOGENO. LA REACCION SE LLEVA A CABO EN UN DISOLVENTE INERTE, EN PRESENCIA DE UN AGENTE ACEPTOR DE ACIDO, Y A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 20 Y 160 C.
