Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE 5-CIANO-5H-DIBENZ(B,F)-AZEPINA. CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR LA 5H-DIBENZ(N,F)AZEPINA CON UNA HALOGENO-CIANO EN PRESENCIA DE SUSTANCIAS FUERTEMENTE POLARES, A LA 5-CIANO-DIBENZ(B.F)AZEPINA; ESTA SE HIDROLIZA A LA 5H-DIBENZ(B,F)AZEPINA-5-CARBOXAMIDA. COMO HALOGENOCIANO SE EMPLEA INDOCIANO (CLORO O BROMOCIANO). COMO COMPUESTOS POLARES SE EMPLEAN N-ALQUILO INFERIOR, N,N ALQUILO INFERIOR-AMIDAS ALIFATICAS DE ACIDOS CARBOXOLICOS. LA REACCION SE EFECTUA EN MEZCLA CON UN DISOLVENTE POLAR. LA TEMPERATURA DE REACCION OSCILA ENTRE 50 Y 80 C. LA HIDROLISIS TIENE LUGAR MEDIANTE BASICOS O ACIDOS, TAL COMO UN BICARBONATO ALCALINO EN MEZCLA CON PEROXIDO DE HIDROGENO.
