CONSISTENTE EN UNA PRIMERA OPERACION DE MEZCLAR EN AGUA UNA FUENTE DE CATIONES DE CALCIO, MAGNESIO, POTASIO, HIERRO Y OTROS, UNA FUENTE DE HIDROGENO-FOSFATO, DE FOSFATO DE METAL ALCALINO O DE AMONIO Y UN ACIDO ORGANICO QUE TIENE AL MENOS TRES GRUPOS DE CARBOXILO. LA PROPORCION MOLAR DE LOS IONES HIDROGENO, AMONIO Y/O METAL ALCALINO A IONES FOSFATO ESTA PREFERIBLEMENTE EN EL INTERVALO DE DESDE ALREDEDOR DE 1:1 A 6:1.
