CONSISTE EN LA OBTENCION DE UN HIDROLIZADO O DE UNA MEZCLA DE HIDROLIZADOS DE PROTEINAS DE ORIGEN ANIMAL Y/O VEGETAL, POR VIA ENZIMATICA O QUIMICA; DE MODO QUE EL AGENTE EDULCORANTE CONTENGA AL MENOS UNO DE VARIOS AMINOACIDOS COMO PRINCIPIO ACTIVO EDULCORANTE, SEPARADOS POR ABSORCION SOBRE COLUMNA O PRECIPITACION SELECTIVA. ESTOS AGENTES EDULCORANTES TIENEN APLICACIONES EN DIETETICA COMO SUPLEMENTO PROTEICO.
