PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA BIOCONVERSION DE PULPA CELULOSICA INDUSTRIAL EN PRODUCTOS ENRIQUECIDOS EN PROTEINAS. SE PARTE DE UN MATERIAL DE PULPA CELULOSICA INDUSTRIAL QUE COMPRENDE AL MENOS 10% EN PESO, CON REFERENCIA A MATERIA SECA, DE CELULOSA. SE REALIZA LA FERMENTACION AEROBICA DE UNA MEZCLA ESTERIL DEL MATERIAL CELULOSICO, EN FORMA DE GRANULOS CON UN TAMAÑO DE MALLA DE HASTA 5 MM, Y UNA SOLUCION DE UN SUPLEMENTO NUTRITIVO NO CARBONOSO EN UN CULTIVO DEL HONGO CHAETOMIUM CELLULOLYTICUM, CON UN PH DE 5 A 7 Y A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 30 A 45<025>C, DURANTE UN TIEMPO SUFICIENTE PARA DESARROLLAR LOS HONGOS Y EL RESTO DEL MATERIAL CELULOSICO NO FERMENTADO.
