CONSISTE EN UN PRETRATAMIENTO DE FERMENTACION DE LA PAJA TRITURADA POR EL HONGO ~ACHAETOMIUM CELLULOLYTICUM~B HASTA CONSEGUIR UN CONTENIDO MINIMO DE 5% DM DE BIOMASA; SEGUIDO DE LA FORMACION DE UN MEDIO DE FERMENTACION ESTERIL CON ELEMENTOS NUTRITIVOS DE FERMENTACION NO CARBONOSOS; FERMENTACION AEROBICA A UNA PH ENTRE 5 Y 7 Y UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 30 C Y 40 C DURANTE UN TIEMPO ADECUADO.
