SE DESTILA CON VAPOR LA SOLUCION ACUOSA EN UNA COLUMNA DE DESTILACION A UNA PRESION COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 100 Y 500 MM DE HG PARA SEPARAR LOS COMPUESTOS DE SABOR Y AROMA, CONDENSANDOSE LOS DESTILADOS DE VAPOR EN UN CONDENSADOR. SE COMPRIMEN GASEOSOS NO CONDENSADOS, HACIENDOLOS PASAR A UNA COLUMNA DE ABSORCION.
