PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE UNA PROTEINA DE FUSION. SE TRANSFORMA UN MICROORGANISMO CON UN VECTOR DE TRANSFERENCIA DE DNA PARA USO EN EL MANTENIMIENTO Y LA REPLICACION DE UNA SECUENCIA DEOXINUCLEOTIDICA QUE CODIFICA PARA LA PREHORMONA BOVINA DEL CRECIMIENTO. SE INCUBA EL MICROORGANISMO TRANSFORMADO PROCEDENTE DE LA ETAPA ANTERIOR EN CONDICIONES ADECUADAS PARA LA EXPRESION DE LA CITADA SECUENCIA CODIFICANTE DE LA HORMONA BOVINA DEL CRECIMIENTO. SE PURIFICA LA HORMONA BOVINA OBTENIDA DEL MEDIO DE CULTIVO DE DICHO ORGANISMO Y POR ULTIMO SE AISLA LA PROTEINA DESEADA.
