SE COMBINAN UN PREPOLIMERO DE POLIURETANO, QUE CONTIENE GRUPOS CARBOXILO, QUE ESTA CONSTITUIDO POR POLIISOCIANATOS, ACIDOS HIDROXICARBOXILICOS Y AGENTES DE BLOQUEO, QUE CONTIENE 7-20% EN PESO DE GRUPOS ISOCIANATO BLOQUEADOS Y QUE TIENEN UN INDICE DE ACIDO DE 5-80, CON AL MENOS UN COMPUESTO HOMOFUNCIONAL Y/O HETEROFUNCIONAL QUE CONTIENE GRUPOS HIDROXILO O PUEDE FORMARLOS POR REACCION, REALIZANDOSE LA REACCION DE FORMA QUE EL CONTENIDO RESIDUAL DE GRUPOA ISOCIANATO NO BLOQUEADOS NO SEA MAYOR QUE EL 0,5% EN PESO DE NCO LIBRE.
