SE HACE REACCIONAR UNA SOLUCION DE ESTEROIDES POCO SOLUBLES EN AGUA, EN ALCANOLES CON 1 A 3 ATOMOS DE CARBONO, ETER O ACETONA, CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE ~F-CICLODEXTRINA, A UNA TEMERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE LA AMBIENTE Y EL PUNTO DE EBULLICION DEL DISOLVENTE EMPLEADO; LA MEZCLA SE ENFRIA Y SE AISLA EL COMPLEJO DE ESTEROIDE-~F-CICLODEXTRINA PRECIPITADO. EL ESTEROIDE SE ELIGE DE ENTRE EL GRUPO FORMADO POR METILTESTOSTERONA, ESPIRONOLACTONA, TRIACETATO DE PREGNENOTRIOLONA, HIDROCORTISONA, PREDNISOLONA, DEXAMETASONA Y TRIANCINOLONA.
