PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE COMPOSICIONES DERIVADAS DE CISTEINA O SUS HOMOLOGOS CON ACIDO FOLICO.CONSISTE EN OBTENER UNA FASE ACUOSA CONSTITUIDA POR 5 EN PESO DE CISTEINA U HOMOLOGOS Y/O SUS PRODUCTOS DE REACCION CON ALDEHIDOS Y/O DERIVADOS Y/O SUS SALES, CON 0,1 EN PESO DE ACIDO FOLICO O SUS SALES; E INCORPORAR A DICHA FASE ACUOSA 1,5 A 2,2 EN PESO DE NAHCO3 Y 0,1 A 0,15 EN PESO DE K2CO3, PRODUCIENDOSE LA REACCION, AL MENOS PARCIAL, DE LOS COMPONENTES ORGANICOS PORTADORES DE GRUPO CARBOXILICO CON COMPONENTES INORGANICOS, FORMANDOSELAS CORRESPONDIENTES SALES DE ACIDO CARBOXILICO DE LOS COMPONENTES ORGANICOS PORTADORES DEL MISMO; EN LA FASE ACUOSA PARTICIPA COMO COMPONENTE FUNDAMENTAL, EN UNA PROPORCION ENTRE 0,06 Y 3,5 RESPECTO A LA CISTEINA O SUS DERIVADOS, UN TENSOACTIVO O MEZCLA DE TENSOACTIVOS, ELEGIDOS ENTRE LOS DERIVADOS DE SORBITOL ESTERIFICADOS CON 1,2 O 3 MOLES DE UN ACIDO GRASO.
