METODO QUE MEJORA LA CAPACIDAD DE OXIDASA DE APOGLUCOSA PARA COMBINARSE CON DINUCLEOTIDO DE FLAVINADENINA Y DE SUS DERIVADOS.CONSISTE EN LA INTERACCION DE LA OXIDASA DE APOGLUCOSA CON UNA SUSTANCIA LIGANTE DE ORIGEN INMUNOLOGICO, QUE TIENE UNA AFINIDAD DE LIGAZON ESPECIFICA PARA LA OXIDASA DE GLUCOSA, TAL COMO UN ANTICUERPO, O FRAGMENTO DEL MISMO, A OXIDASA DE GLUCOSA. LA INCUBACION SE EFECTUA A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 37JC.ESTE METODO TIENE APLICACIONES PARA EL ANALISIS DE LIGANDOS TALES COMO UN ANTIGENO, HAPTENO O ANTICUERPO.
