PROCEDIMIENTO PARA DETERMINAR EL CONTENIDO DE ANTIGENO DE UNA MUESTRA MEDIANTE LA REACCION DE ANTIGENO-ANTICUERPO. COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: PRIMERA, POR LO MENOS UNO DE LOS COMPONENTES DE LA REACCION SE DILUYE CON UNA SOLUCION FISIOLOGICA DE SAL COMUN, QUE CONTIENE POLIETILENGLICOL Y ADEMAS CONTIENE UNA SUSTANCIA TAMPON, CUYO PH ESTA COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 4 Y 9; SEGUNDA, SE REUNEN LOSCOMPONENTES DE LA REACCION; Y POR ULTIMO, SE DETERMINA FOTOMETRICAMENTE LA REACCION DE ANTIGENO Y ANTICUERPO. LA REALIZACION DE DICHA REACCION NO SE EFECTUA POR ENCIMA DE UNA TEMPERATURA DE 45 GRADOS, ALCANZADOSE EL PUNTO FINAL DE LA MISMA DESPUES DE UN TIEMPO INFERIOR A 30 MINUTOS.
