LA DEXTROSA ESTA PRESENTE EN EL CALDO DE FERMENTACION, AL PRINCIPIO DE LA FERMENTACION EN UNA CANTIDAD COMPRENDIDA ENTRE EL 20 Y EL 45 Y EL PH SE AJUSTA A UN VALOR COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 3 Y 6, PREFERENTEMENTE ENTRE 4 Y 5.
