CONSISTE EN LA PRODUCCION DE UNA DISOLUCION DE ENZIMA DIVISORIA DE LACTOSA POR FERMENTACION; RECUPERACION Y PURIFICACION DE LA MISMA E INMEDIATAMENTE DESPUES DE ESTO EMPOBRECIMIENTO EN GERMENES MEDIANTE FILTRACION ESTERIL CON FILTRANTES AUXILIARES Y SI ES NECESARIO SE TRATA CON CARBON VEGETAL ACTIVO Y SE PASA A TRAVES DE UN FILTRO REDUCTOR DE GERMENES ANTES DE LA FORMACION DE PRODUCTOS DE DEGRADACION SUFICIENTES PARA OBSTRUIR EL FILTRO ESTERIL. LA DISOLUCION ENZIMATICA DESPUES DE LA FILTRACION ESTERIL SE LE SOMETE A ULTRAFILTRACION PARA CONCENTRAR EL ENZIMA Y A CONTINUACION SE LE AÑADE GLICEROL.
