METODO DE PREPARACION PARA BIFONAZOL DE FORMULA (I). SE HACE REACCIONAR EL HALOGENO METANO DE FORMULA (II) DONDE HAL ES HALOGENO CON TRIMETILSILIMIDAZOL DE FORMULA (III) EN PRESENCIA DE UN DILUYENTE. EL AZOLIL-(1)-METANO OBTENIDO SE HACE REACCIONAR CON ACIDOS FISIOLOGICAMENTE ACEPTABLES. POSTERIORMENTE SE MEZCLA CON 10 A 60 UNIDADES DE AGENTE EXTENDEDOR, PREFERENTEMENTE ACEITES DE SILICONA, ESTERES DE ACIDOS GRASOS, TRIGLICERIDOS, ALCOHOLES GRASOS O ACIDOS GRASOS, Y DE 20 A 80 UNIDADES EN PESO DE DISOLVENTE. SE PUEDE ADICIONAR UN PROPULSOR PARA UTILIZARLO COMO SPRAY. APLICABLE COMO ANTIMICOTICO.
