Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE NUEVAS IMIDAZO1,5-APIRIDINAS. CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II) CON UN DERIVADO FUNCIONAL, CAPAZ DE REACCION, DE UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA HO-A-CK, PARA OBTENER NUEVAS IMIDAZO1,5-APIRIDINAS DE FORMULA (I) O SUS DERIVADOS DE 5,6,7,8-TETRAHIDRO, DONDE R1 SIGNIFICA HIDROXI, ALCOXI INFERIOR O ARIL-ALCOXI INFERIOR; R2 SIGNIFICA H O ALQUILO INFERIOR; A SIGNIFICA ALQUILENO CON C 2 A 12; Y C SIGNIFICA CARBOXI, ALCOXI INFERIOR-CARBONILO, CARBAMOILO O CIANO. TIENE UTILIDADES FARMACOLOGICAS POR POSEER EFECTOS CARDIOVASCULARES MEDIANTE INHIBICION SELECTIVA DE LA SEGREGACION DE TROMBOXANO EN MAMIFEROS.
