CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UNA AMIDA DE FORMULA GENERAL (II) CON UNA BASE, COMO HIDRURO SODICO O POTASICO, EN LOS QUE EL GRUPO ALQUILO ES DE C 1 A 8, O UNA AMIDA DIALQUILAMIDA DE SODIO, POTASIO O LITIO EN LAS QUE A CADA ALQUILO ES DE C 1 A 8 EN UN DISOLVENTE INERTE, A UNA TEMPERATURA DE C20 A 30JC, PARA OBTENER UN COMPUESTO HETEROCICLICO DE NITROMETILENO N-SUSTITUIDO DE FORMULA GENERAL (I). SIENDO: R, ACILO OPCIONALMENTE SUSTITUIDO, DERIVADO DE UN ACIDO ORGANICO; N, 2, 3, O 4; EL DISOLVENTE INERTE, ALCOHOL T-BUTILICO, DIMETILFORMAMIDA, BENCENO, TOLUENO, XILENO O DIMETILSULFOXIDO.
