COMPRENDE LAS ETAPAS DE: A) COLAPSAR EL ALMA DE UN PRECURSOR TUBULAR DE VIDRIO DE LA PREFORMA PARA FORMAR LA PREFORMA; Y B) EXPONER EL ALMA DURANTE EL COLAPSADO A UNA ATMOSFERA SECA PRACTICAMENTE DESPROVISTA DE HIDROGENO Y DE SUS COMPONENTES; SIENDO ESTA ATMOSFERA DE CLORO Y OXIGENO QUE CONTIENE NO MAS DEL 10% EN VOLUMEN DE LOS OTROS CONSTITUYENTES Y QUE CONTIENE EL CLORO EN EL MARGEN DEL 30 AL 75% EN VOLUMEN.
