CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE UN PULVERIZADO CONSTITUIDO POR CANTIDADES ESTEQUIOMETRICAS DE TETRAFLUORURO DE SILICIO Y SODIO, QUE SE INTRODUCEN EN CHORRO EN EL REACTOR A UNA VELOCIDAD Y TEMPERATURA TALES QUE LA REACCION TIENE LUGAR SUFICIENTEMENTE LEJOS DEL DISPOSITIVO DE PULVERIZACION PARA QUE LOS PRODUCTOS FORMADOS NO TAPONEN LA ENTRADA DEL PULVERIZADO.
