COMPRENDE: A) CONDENSAR UN ACIDO DE FORMULA (II) CON UNA AMINA DE FORMULA (III) EN PRESENCIA DE UN AGENTE REACTANTE DE COPULACION COMO DICICLOHEXILCARBODIIMIDA, PARA OBTENER UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (IV); Y B) REDUCIR EL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (IV) CON HIDRUROS ALCALINOS O CON ALANO, BORANO O HIDRURO DE LITIO-ALUMINIO PARA OBTENER UN COMPUESTODE FORMULA (I), Y SI SE DESEA SUS SALES FARMACOLOGICAMENTE COMPATIBLES.
