Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE DIPEPTIDOS DERIVADOS DE TIAZOLIDINA DE FORMULA GENERAL (I). CONSISTE EN CONDENSAR EL ACIDO 2-METIL-TIAZOLIDIN-4-CARBOXILICO, PROTEGIDO ADECUADAMENTE EN EL ATOMO DE NITROGENO, CON UN ESTER DEL AMINOACIDO ELEGIDO, EN PRESENCIA DE UN AGENTE DE COPULACION. ELIMINANDO EL GRUPO PROTECTOR SE OBTIENEN LOS ESTERES DE LA FORMULA (I) Y DE ESTOS, LOS ACIDOS LIBRES, POR HIDROLISIS. SE USAN EN TRATAMIENTO DE SINDROMES PATOLOGICOS DERIVADOS DE NIVELES BAJOS DE GLUTATIONA INTRACELULAR (GSH).
