CONSISTE EN SOMETER A CONTINUACION DE UNA O VARIAS FASES DE EXTRACCION DEL ACEITE DE LAS ACEITUNAS, QUE PRODUCEN ACEITE, ORUJOS Y AGUA DE VEGETACION, A UNA OPERACION DE MEZCLAR DICHOS ORUJOS CON DICHA AGUA DE VEGETACION, SEPARADA EN DICHA O DICHAS FASES DE EXTRACCION, Y EN LA ALIMENTACION DE LA MEZCLA FORMADA A UN HORNO SECADOR PARA LA EVAPORACION DEL AGUA CONTENIDA Y LA RECUPERACION DE LAS SUSTANCIAS SOLIDAS RESULTANTES, CONSTITUIDAS POR EL ORUJO SECADO Y ADICIONADO CON LAS SUSTANCIAS ORGANICAS VALIOSAS CONTENIDAS EN DICHA AGUA DE VEGETACION. LA MEZCLA FORMADA POR LOS ORUJOS Y POR LAS AGUAS DE VEGETACION ES ALIMENTADA A UN SEPARADOR HIDROMECANICO PARA LA SEPARACION DE LOS HUESOS DE LAS ACEITUNAS CONTENIDAS, ANTES DE SER ALIMENTADO AL HORNO DE SECADO.
