COMPRENDE LAS OPERACIONES DE PREPARAR UNA SECUENCIA DE ADN QUE CODIFICA UNA PROTEINA SELECCIONADA DEL GRUPO CONSISTENTE EN UN MULTIMERO DE AL MENOS DOS UNIDADES REPETIDAS DE UN EPITOPE DE DICHA PROTEINA INDIGENA, AL MENOS UN EPITOPE DE DICHA PROTEINA INDIGENA, CONJUGADO A UN POLIPEPTIDO NO BACTERIANO Y UN MULTIMERO DE AL MENOS DOS UNIDADES REPETIDAS DE AL MENOS UN EPITOPE DE DICHA PROTEINA INDIGENA CONJUGADO A UN POLIPEPTIDO NO BACTERIANO; DE LIGAR LA SECUENCIA DE ADN QUE CODIFICA LA PROTEINA EN EL GENOMA DE UN VIRUS DE LA VIRUELA VACUNA; DE CO-TRANSFECTAR UNA CELULA HOSPEDANTE TANTO CON EL VECTOR RESULTANTE COMO CON EL VIRUS DE LA VIRUELA VACUNA; Y DE RECUPERAR LA VACUNA DE LA VIRUELA MODIFICADA.
