PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE DERIVADOS DE 1,3-DI-AZOLIL-2-PROPANOL, DE FORMULA GENERAL (I), Y LAS SALES DE ADICION DE ACIDO DE AQUELLOS COMPUESTOS QUE CONTIENEN UN SUSTITUYENTE BASICO. CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UNA CETONA DE FORMULA GENERAL (II) CON UN REACTIVO WITTIG DE FORMULA GENERAL (III), EN LAS QUE Q ES UN HALURO DE TRIFENILFOSFINA O FOSFITO DE TRIALQUILO, CUYO REACTIVO DE WITTIG PUEDE ESTAR PREFORMADO O BIEN PUEDE FORMARSE IN SITU.
