Claims (16)

Förfarande för bestämning av koncentrationen av ett substrat, speciellt ett i blodserum eller blodplasma löst eller suspenderat substrat genom tillsättning av ett eller flera specifika enzymer och bestämning av den enzymatiska reaktionens hastighet, k ä n n e -tecknat av att ätminstone en efter det hastighetsbestämmande steget i den enzymatiska substratomsättningen anpassad konkurrerande inhibitor tillsättes, för justering av förh&llandet av substrat-koncentrationen cg till skenbar Michaelis-konstant K’M tili —0,2:1 och för regiering av reaktionsförhällandena att motsvara en pseudo-första ordningens reaktion,blandningen homogeniseras, för reaktionen specifika reaktionsparametrars förändring bestäms efter bestämda tidsintervall och härav erhälls det undersökta substratets koncen-tration.
