Claims (6)
1. Förfarande för behandling av avlutar fran peroxidblekning av högutbytesmassor och returpappersmassorf vid vilken vattenglas använts säsom stabiliseringsmedel för peroxiden under blekprocessen, kännetecknat d ä r a v, att i avlutarna ingäende lösliga, fran det tillförda vattenglaset härstammande silikat utfälles genom tillsats av en oorganisk förening innehällande en flervärd katjon och/eller ett organiskt flockningsmedel samtidigt som avlutens pH bringas tili ett värde mellan 3.5 och 7.5, företrädesvis tili mellan 4.0 och 6.0, att den erhällna silikatfäll-ningen bringas att sedimentera, att det därvid erhällna sedimentet avskiljes och tillvaratages samt att den fran silikat befriade avluten äterföres tili processen.
2. Förfarande enligt krav 1, kännetecknat där- a v, att den tillsatta, flervärd katjon innehallande oorganiska föreningen är en aluminiumförening, säsom aluminiumsulfat eller ett dubbelsalt av aluminium säsom alun.
3. Förfarande enligt krav 1, kännetecknat där- a v, att den tillsatta, flervärd katjon innehällande oorganiska föreningen är en järnförening, säsom ferriklorid eller ferrisulfat.
4. Förfarande enligt krav 1, kännetecknat där- a v, att den tillsatta, flervärd katjon innehällande oorganiska föreningen är en kalciumförening, säsom kalciumhydroxid eller i kalciumoxid.
5. Förfarande enligt krav 1, kännetecknat där- a v, att det tillsatta organiska flockningsmedlet är en högmole-kylär polyelektrolyt, företrädesvis en polyakrylamid.
6. Förfarande enligt krav 1, kännetecknat där-a v, att vid den sedimenterade silikatfällningens vidareförädling tillsätts en oorganisk bor- eller fosforförening, företrädesvis borax eller kaliumdivätefosfat, varefter den erhällna blandningen utsätts för uppkoncentrering och torkning.
