Abstract

Etanchéité de la région supérieure d'une chemise humide de cylindre par rapport au carter de manivelle d'un moteur à combustion interne à piston, dans lequel un rebord de la chemise de cylindre repose par une surface de butée sur une surface d'appui du carter de manivelle, avec un espace annulaire formé par une rainure sur la chemise de cylindre au-dessus du rebord de la chemise et/ou un chanfrein sur le carter de manivelle à l'intérieur de la surface d'appui, dans lequel se trouve un agent d'étanchéité Entre la surface de butée 4 et la surface d'appui 6 est placée une mince couche de caoutchouc silicone ou un autre agent d'étanchéité déformable Application notamment aux moteurs à combustion interne.
