Abstract

L'invention concerne un diélectrique de condensateur comportant des couches d'arrêt intérieures et un procédé pour sa fabrication. Pour un diélectrique de condensateur comportant des couches d'arrêt intérieures, le pourcentage de cuivre situé dans les couches intermédiaires 3 entre les grains de cristallite 1 est enrichi en direction de la surface 2 des cristallites; le procédé est mis en oeuvres avec des vitesses de chauffage allant de 200 à 800 degrés C/h à la température de frittage et des vitesses de refroidissement de 10 à 100 degrés C/h jusqu environ 350 degrés C au-dessous de la température de frittage. Application notamment à la fabrication de condensateurs empilés.
