Abstract
Procédé pour la fabrication de tubes à ailettes à partir d'un matériau constitué par un tube métallique (tube pour ailettes) sur un manchon tubulaire au moyen d'un certain nombre de cylindres pouvant être mis en rotation au moyen d'arbres, chaque cylindre comportant un certain nombre de disques de façonnage disposés axialement, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte la déformation du métal du tube pour ailettes de façon à former une ailette en refoulant le métal dans un espace axial restreint dirigé dans le sens radial et délimité par des disques adjacents de façonnage, de sorte que le métal se trouve en contact ininterrompu avec une portion de la surface dirigée axialement d'un disque délimitant l'espace restreint, mais ne se trouve qu'en contact partiel avec la surface opposée dirigée axialement du disque adjacent de façonnage qui délimite l'espace restreint, aucun contact n'existant sur une portion s'étendant radialement espacée radialement vers l'intérieur de la périphérie du disque.
