Abstract

Cette installation comprend un chariot 20 mobile le long d'une piste linéaire 17, un dispositif élévateur sur le chariot se déplaçant horizontalement perpendiculairement à la piste, un dispositif d'injection 25 monte sur le dispositif élévateur, ce dernier pouvant fonctionner pour faire monter et descendre le dispositif d'injection par rapport au chariot, plusieurs unités de presse de moulage P séparées à supports autonomes disposées le long de la piste 17, chaque unité de presse fonctionnant suivant un cycle indépendamment réglable de durée de vulcanisation, un moule M pour durcir ou vulcaniser un objet moulé par injection dispose dans chacune des unités de presse de moulage, au moins un moule étant différent des autres en ce qui concerne sa hauteur mesurée au niveau du canal de coulée du moule.
