Abstract

L'invention concerne les structures à files de domaines magnétiques, formant un réseau. Selon l'invention, deux couches adjacentes 50 et 52 de matière magnétique capable d'entretenir des domaines magnétiques sont séparées par une mince couche intermédiaire 51 qui peut être supprimée, et sont sous la commande de deux couches de polarisation 23 et 53. La couche 50 comprend des bulles de transport formant un ensemble hexagonal tassé, et la couche 52 contient des bulles de codage contenant l'information sous forme de la présence ou de l'absence d'une bulle de codage. Application à la réalisation de mémoires à domaines magnétiques.
