Abstract
L'invention concerne une électrode de soudage enrobée. L'électrode comprend un fil d'âme contenant, en poids, jusqu'à 0,1 % de carbone, jusqu'à 1 % de silicium, entre 20 et 28 % de nickel, entre 15 et 25 % de chrome, entre 4 et 8 % de molybdène, entre 0,1 et 5 % de manganèse, jusqu'à 0,5 % d'aluminium, jusqu'à 0,1M de titane et entre 0,005 et 0,1 % au total, de calcium ou de magnésium, ou des deux, le reste, en dehors des impuretés, étant du fer et un revêtement de fondant comportant, en parties en poids d'ingrédients actifs, entre 20 et 30 parties de carbonate de calcium, entre 10 et 22 parties d'oxyde de titane, entre 10 et 22 parties, au total, de carbonate de manganèse ou de dioxyde de manganèse, ou des deux, entre 10 et 22 parties de cryolithe et entre 5, et 15,4 parties en poids de niobium. L'électrode est particulièrement appropriée pour le soudage des aciers inoxydables résistant aux chlorures.
