Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de un electrodo para soldar, para uso en la soldadura de aceros inoxidables, que comprende formar una varilla de núcleo que contiene, en peso, hasta 0,1 a 5% de manganeso, hasta 0,5% de aluminio, hasta 0,1% de titanio y de 0,005 a 0,1 en total de uno a ambos de los elementos calcio y magnesio, siendo el resto hierro, salvo por las impurezas, y revestir luego la varilla de núcleo con un fundente por coextrusión, consistiendo el fundente, en partes en peso de ingredientes activos, en de 20 a 30 partes de carbonato cálcico, de 10 a 22 partes de óxido de titanio, de 10 a 22 partes en total de uno o ambos de los compuestos carbonato de manganeso y diçoxido de manganeso, de 10 a 22 partes de criolita y de 5 a 15,4 partes de niobio.
