Abstract

Ces tropinones répondent à la formule I et elles sont préparéés de la façon suivante : dans une première phase, on traite avec de l'eau, à un pH de 0 à 3, des 2,5-dialcoxy-tétrahydrofurannes de formule II et dans une seconde phase, on fait réagir à un pH de 4 à 6 le mélange de traitement ainsi obtenu avec une amine primaire de formule III et avec l'acide acétonedicarboxylique. Ce sont des substances de départ intéressantes pour la fabrication de colorants, d'agents de protection des plantes et notamment de médicaments, possédant par exemple une action spasmolytique.
