Abstract

Elément de connecteur pour fibre optique, avec élargissement de faisceau par lentille. Selon l'invention, la lentille 32 est montée dans l'alésage antérieur d'un embout 31 comportant une ou plusieurs surfaces de référence utilisées, de façon connue, pour l'alignement de deux éléments identiques dans un corps de connecteur. La fibre revêtue 71 s'ajuste dans un tube 16 placé dans l'axe de l'embout et de la lentille et comportant à l'avant un orifice de plus petit diamètre 73 guidant l'extrémité dénudée 72 de la fibre. Le tube peut comporter des moyens de réglage 37, 74 et être collé à la lentille après contrôle optique de la mise en place exacte de l'extrémité de la fibre au foyer de la lentille. Application aux systèmes de transmission par câbles optiques.
