Abstract

Navire citerne comprenant une coque, un pont principal, au moins une citerne disposée dans la coque et dépassant le pont principal et un capot entourant sa partie qui dépasse. Ce capot 13 est en forme de calotte sphéroïdale avec au moins trois sections autoporteuses en plaques métalliques, courbes en hauteur et en travers et reliées suivant leur bord inférieur au pont principal, et au moins trois organes de dilatation 43 reliés chacun aux bords latéraux de deux sections voisines et adaptés à se déformer sous l'effet de contraintes à la place des autres sections du capot. Application: notamment au transport par mer de liquides cryogéniques.
