Abstract

L'invention décrit un perfectionnement à une méthode de dosage avec fixation spécifique, ainsi qu'un nécessaire d'essai pour déterminer un ligand (antigène ou haptène) dans un milieu liquide ou la capacité de ce milieu à fixer un tel ligand. On combine le milieu liquide à un réactif comprenant un constituant marqué à action de fixation (comme une forme radiomarquée du ligand) et l'on effectue la séparation de l'espèce fixée et de l'espèce libre du constituant marqué par une adsorption sélective de l'espèce libre sur un solide (alcool polyvinylique réticulé). Le procédé convient particulièrement bien pour le dosage radioimmunologique de détection d'haptènes non protéiniques comme la thyroxine, la triiodothyronine, l'oestriol, la vitamine B12 et la digoxine, dans un fluide tel que du sérum.
