Abstract

Fibres de cellulose ayant un pouvoir d'absorption élevé pour les liquides émanant du corps humain caractérisées par le fait qu'elles contiennent des copolymères d'acide acrylique et/ou méthacrylique avec : a. Des esters acryliques et/ou méthacryliques; et/ou b. Des acides dicarboxyliques aliphatiques insaturée; et/ou c. Des acides sulfoniques et/ou phosphoniques aliphatiques insaturés. Les fibres de cellulose selon l'invention, et notamment les fibres de cellulose régénérée, sont utilisées dans des produits sanitaires tels que les couches, les tampons, les serviettes hygiéniques, les tampons et bandages médicaux.
