Abstract

Ensemble électronique combinant la technologie des céramiques metallisées à celle des cartes multi-couches à circuits imprimés. Cet ensemble comprend un module en céramique métallisée 10 supportant des blocs semi-conducteurs à circuits intégrés 13 et comportant une configuration de broches de hauteurs différentes, à savoir des broches courtes 17 et des broches longues 18. Un support organique multi-couches il à circuits imprimés comporte une configuration de trous de connexion 19 dans lesquels viennent s'enficher les broches, les broches longues traversant ce support il pour s'enficher dans les trous de connexion 20 de la carte à circuits imprimés 12.
