Abstract
L'invention concerne l'acide 7-(o-aminométhylphénnylacétamido)-3-(1 -sulfométhyltétrazole-5-ylthiométhyl)-3-céphème-4- carboxylique, ou un ester ou un sel hydrate pharmaceutiquement acceptable du composé en question. Selon l'invention on peut obtenir le composé indiqué ci-dessus par réaction d'acide 7-(o-aminométhylphénylacétamidocéphalosporanique éventuellement protégé ou d'un sel ou d'un ester de ce dernier sur le 1-sulfométhyltétrazole-5-thiol et un sel de ce dernier ou par acylation de l'acide 7-amino-3-(1-sulfométhyltétrazole-5-ylthiométhyl)-3-céphème-4-carboxylique ou d'un sel ou d'un ester de ce dernier avec un dérivé activé et/ou protégé de l'acide o-amino-méthylphénylacétique, ces opérations étant suivies de l'élimination des groupes protecteurs d'une acidification pour obtenir l'acide libre et d'une conversion éventuelle en un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable. Les composés en question possedent les propriétés antibactériennes.
